As you disembark from your flight you will be warmly greeted by our travel representatives. They will be holding a sign with your name written on it. You will be assisted with your luggage. Furthermore, you will be escorted to a luxury ride with a cool, crisp bottle of champagne and a greeting letter welcoming you to the island. Finally, you will be transported from the airport to your residence so that you can check-in.

The tour will take you to South Trinidad where you can take a scenic drive through Chaguanas, Couva and San Fernando.

First stop is “doubles capital” where you can experience a wide variety of East Indian foods like doubles of course, saheena, pholourie, aloo pie, baiganee, cachourie and many more to give you energy for the fun ahead!

After lunch, the final destination is an exciting Mud Volcano (approx. 45 mins hiking), hike through an abandoned sugar cane plantation and teak forest which consists of undulating hills with gentle inclines. The mud volcano is a large circular pool of clay filled material that has active vents which can be identified by the bubbles at the surface. It is said that the mud from the volcanoes cleans and rejuvenates your skin!!

After experiencing this amazing natural attraction, hike an additional 30-45 minutes to the calm, warm and inviting beach which is perfect for washing off all the mud with a rejuvenating sea bath.

Ziplining
Experience an exhilarating whirlwind ride above the Tucker Valley forest canopy with this zipline adventure in beautiful Chaguaramas, Trinidad. Enjoy a breathtaking bird’s eye view of nearby Macqueripe Bay as you zing along the seven line course at an elevation of 100 feet. The fun does not stop there, as your nerves will be tested as you negotiate five canopy walks – rope net bridges that take you from one zipline to another!

Tour the Western Coastline
Your journey to the ziplining adventure takes you on a guided tour from Port of Spain along the western coast of Trinidad dotted with Marinas, Yacht Clubs with a stop at the scenic Chaguaramas Boardwalk.

Relax at the Beach
Following the ziplining adventure, take a rejuvenating swim at Macqueripe Bay a small pocket beach just 117 metres long and 16 metres wide tucked neatly in a bay which makes for great bathing, snorkelling and scuba diving. From the stepped-concrete walkway the view of the bay is spectacular and on a clear day you can see the Venezuelan main land in the distance.

Discover a Fort high above the City
On the journey back to Port of Spain, ascend the Fort George Hill to the best preserved historical fort in Trinidad. Built in 1804 for protection against the Napoleonic fleet. The fort overlooks, St James and offers magnificent panoramic views of the city of Port of Spain, the Gulf of Paria and Western Trinidad.

Maracas Bay
The tumbling waves, with an average height of 1 meter (3 feet), make it an ideal place for body or board surfing. The expanse of beach is enough to accommodate the sunbather who likes her space or the nature lover who welcomes the sea blast as they set up camp. Maracas Bay has also garnered the reputation for being the lunch spot with an idyllic view. Known as the home of bake and shark, this destination is host to a variety of vendors who prepare the tasty offering.

Las Cuevas Bay
In contrast to Maracas Bay which is some 10 to 15 minutes away, the waters here are less robust and attract sea bathers who appreciate the calmer breakers of 80 centimeters. It is also more secluded and less crowded than Maracas Bay. It’s a sheltered horseshoe bay which provides protection from the wind, making it an ideal spot for swimmers.

Blanchisseuse Beach and River
Marianne River meets Marianne Beach on Trinidad’s North Coast and is ideal for kayaking, swimming and recreation.
